Remarks

This set is why AsAddressable exists. It is an ordinary
method with branches and locals rather than a switch, so
RuleRegistryGenerator declines it — and it was the one set in the registry with
no addressable rules at all. Nothing about it could be listed, named in a
report or checked by the tooling that reads arms.
Neither rule carries a side condition, for the reason
PolynomialLongDivision gives: the work that decides whether the rewrite
applies is the rewrite, and each helper hands the expression back where it
declines.
