Converts an Boolean into an AM's understandable Boolean which can be hung with others

Returns

AM's Boolean

Example

The operators build a boolean expression rather than deciding it, so the answer is
a node until it is evaluated:

Console.WriteLine(true.ToBoolean() & false.ToBoolean());
Console.WriteLine((true.ToBoolean() & false.ToBoolean()).EvalBoolean());

Prints

True and False
False
