Converts a given sequence of elements into a vector,
which is a one-column matrix

Example

The flat printed form looks like a row, but the shape is one column:

var v = new Entity[] { "x", "y", "z" }.ToVector();
Console.WriteLine(v);
Console.WriteLine(v.RowCount);
Console.WriteLine(v.ColumnCount);

Prints

[x, y, z]
