Summary

q f^2 - p for a sum p - q f^2 with f one secant or cosecant of
x and numbers q > 0 and q >= p, which is nowhere
positive for a real x, since f^2 >= 1 wherever it is defined:
1 - sec(u)^2 is -tan(u)^2. Null for any other sum.
