int e^(A u^2) du for a non-zero A: sqrt(pi)/(2 sqrt(-A)) erf(sqrt(-A) u),
or with erfi and the real root where A is decidably positive.

Remarks

The sign is read from Evaled, as the integrator's other sign tests are; they move
together to the interval evaluation of https://github.com/asc-community/AngouriMath/pull/1497.
Finiteness is asked as well, because IsPositive holds
for NaN and +oo.
