MaxReducedLogarithmicDegree

The largest squarefree part past MaxDegree whose logarithms are taken, on
the path for a high degree only, and there only where every residue lies in a field of
degree at most two, so that no sum over roots is written for it. Hearn's
(3 + 3x - 4x^2 - ... + 7x^13)/(1 + 2x - ... + x^14) is over P^2 - 2Q^2,
P = x^7 - x - 1 and Q = x + x^2, irreducible over the rationals and the
product of P -+ sqrt(2) Q, and its residues are the roots of 4t^2 - 4t - 1:
it was declined for its degree alone.
