Summary

Whether a numerator over factor to the power
multiplicity is a shape some integration rule answers.

Remarks

This is a claim about the rule set, not about polynomials, so it is kept in one place
and named rather than left as a condition in a loop — it goes stale whenever a rule is
added, and it had. Each line says which rule reads that shape.
 A factor with no rule leaves the whole integral unevaluated either way, so admitting
one costs no answer and a great deal of time; that is what the guard is for and why
widening it is done by measurement rather than by leaving it open.
