TryReadRootTerm(AngouriMath.Entity,PeterO.Numbers.ERational@,PeterO.Numbers.ERational@)

 Method (no overloads)

Summary

A term of the form k * sqrt(m) with both rational, as its two parts.
sqrt(6) is read with a k of one.

Remarks

Any half-integer exponent counts, not only one half. The rules that run
alongside this one gather 2 * sqrt(2) into 2 ^ (3/2), so by the time a
radicand reaches here its root has usually been folded into its coefficient — and a
reader that insists on a written sqrt sees 3 + 2 ^ (3/2) and declines a
radicand it can perfectly well denest. m ^ (p/2) for odd p is
m ^ ((p - 1) / 2) * sqrt(m), which is the same two parts; an even p is
not a root at all and is read as an ordinary rational factor by the case below.
