Summary
The coefficients of sum of k^power for k from 1 to m as a polynomial in
m , lowest power first.
Remarks
A polynomial of degree power + 1 , so power + 2 of its values determine
it. They are taken atm = 0, 1, ..., power + 1 , where each is a sum of at most
power + 1 whole numbers, and Lagrange's formula turns them back into
coefficients.
