Summary

this^exponent mod modulus, by square-and-multiply. The exponent is an
EInteger because the caller that needs this is raising to the
power p^k, which leaves the range of Int64 long before the
computation becomes expensive.

Exception "ArgumentOutOfRangeException"

exponent is negative.

Exception "DivideByZeroException"

modulus is zero.
