Summary

(cos pi t, sin pi t), each accurate to its own size: with n the whole number nearest t and
s = 1/2 - |t - n|, both exact, they are (-1)^n sin pi s and (-1)^n sgn(t - n) cos pi s, and
cos pi t is exactly 0 at a half-whole t.
